I ran a 5K in Winter Park this morning.
I learned today that someone like me should not run behind people wearing the following shirt slogans:
"I am a Triathlete"
"500 Mile Club"
"70 Years Old, 7 Minute Miles"

Seven-minute milers are crazy people. I'll stick with my Slow and Steady Finishes the Race pace (about 11:30).
